We're very excited to announce that we'll be opening to the public on the 22nd August to kick off Heritage Week.
In addition to our regular tours we'll be running a break baking competition. Unfortunately the mill doesn't have the facilities to actually bake bread, but you can pre-bake your loaf and bring it with you on the day. The break baking competition will start at 3pm so make sure to be there by 2.45pm to take part. James will be helping Pauric White from The Forge Restaurant to judge who has the best loaf and prizes on the day.
